We offer free delivery on all orders within the UAE. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout.

*   Delivery Details: Our professional team will carefully transport and assemble (if required) your furniture in the desired location within your home.

Return Policy

  • Hassle-Free Returns:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition with no signs of use.

  2. All original pa aging material (including boxes, manuals, and accessories) must be intact.

  • Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

*   Please note: Custom-made or clearance items may not be eligible for returns.

Exceptions to Refund and Return

While we strive to accommodate all return requests, certain items and payment methods are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items that are made to order or customized, such as sofas, dining sets, or other bespoke furniture, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

  1. Payment via Tabby or Tamara:

  • Purchases made using Tabby or Tamara payment options are final and non-refundable once the order is placed.

Cancellations and returns are not permitted for these payment methods.
